Terms of Service

Last updated: September 26, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bookai.now and the BookAI booking platform, back office, APIs, CLI, and MCP server (together, the “Service”), provided by BookAI (“BookAI,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

BookAI is an AI-native booking platform for venues, attractions, and group and event planners. An AI agent qualifies requests, prepares quotes, and negotiates within the rules each venue configures. Bookings are between the buyer and the venue; BookAI provides the software that facilitates them.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Venues are responsible for the offerings, pricing, deposit and refund terms, and negotiation rules they configure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting unlawful or fraudulent content, or using it to send unsolicited messages.

AI-generated content

Conversations are run by language models. Prices and amounts are calculated by deterministic code from venue-configured rules, not by the language model. You should review quotes, offers, and booking details before accepting them.

Payments

Deposits and payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. Refunds and cancellations follow the terms set by the venue for each offering.

SMS messaging terms

Program description. BookAI sends SMS text messages related to bookings on the BookAI platform, such as approval requests for offers that fall outside a venue’s rules, booking confirmations, and booking updates.

Consent. You receive messages only after opting in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts from BookAI. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

See our Privacy Policy for how mobile numbers are handled. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing.

Intellectual property

The Service and its software, design, and content are owned by BookAI. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
